The latest Henley Passport Index 2025 has placed the Indian passport at 85th position, giving holders visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry to 57 destinations. Earlier this year, India ranked 77th with 59 destinations, but changes in diplomatic ties and security policies have impacted global mobility.
