From a Small Belgian Festival to a Global Phenomenon
Tomorrowland began in 2005 as a one-day experiment in Boom, Belgium, attracting just 10,000 attendees. Founded by brothers Manu and Michiel Beers, the goal was simple: create a fairytale-like festival experience for adults.
The turning point came in 2012 with the legendary “Book of Wisdom” mainstage and the official aftermovie, which went on to cross 170 million views. Since then, Tomorrowland has become one of the world’s hardest festival tickets to get.
For nearly two decades, Asian fans had to fly over 15 hours to Europe to experience it. Tomorrowland Thailand finally changes that — bringing the full production permanently to Asia for the first time.

This is not a one-off concert deal. Tomorrowland has signed a five-year strategic partnership (2026–2030) with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
The Thai government is reportedly investing around 2 billion THB over five years, with projected returns exceeding 12 billion THB, aiming to transform Pattaya into the “Festival Hub of Asia.”
After the closure of TomorrowWorld USA and difficulties faced by Tomorrowland Brasil in the past, organisers have become extremely selective. A long-term deal of this scale shows full confidence in Thailand as a host country.

Age Limit Is Strictly 20+
Unlike Belgium’s 18+ rule, Tomorrowland Thailand is 20+ only, in line with Thai law. Even if you turn 20 one day after the festival, entry will be denied.
No DreamVille Camping
This is a major change. There will be no DreamVille-style on-site camping. All attendees must stay in hotels across Pattaya or Chonburi province.
Transport Will Be Controlled
Wisdom Valley is not centrally located. Official shuttle services are mandatory, and relying on taxis or ride-hailing apps late at night may be extremely difficult.
